I responded to a radio advertisement that Atty Maislin was helping tornado victims. Our roof was damaged from the tornadoes that hit Dayton Oh and my insurance company (All-State/Encompass) was only offering a few hundred dollars outside my chimney repair claiming that my roof was not damaged by a tornado. I have had the utmost pleasure of dealing with the law offices of Blake Maislin. My attorney Amanda Reiger was wonderdul to work with, as well as Blake himself! This law office took on my case , which has lasted from Jan of 2016 until Sept of 2018. My case albeit a simple case, had various challenges due to my family and I moving out of state to Colorado, a 2 car low impact collision in a parking lot and pre-existing conditions that I had. Five Star. We worked with John at Blake Maislin’s office on a case where a lady rear ended us. It took a while to settle the case but me and my son are both okay with it. John fought to get us both a fair amount for our pain and suffering and to pay our medical bills. He was informative and patient with us as neither of us had been through this before.
